The City of Joy, Kolkata which is also the most creatively active city in India is about to witness a Unique Short Film Festival on November 2nd, 2022 at the ICCR Auditorium, 9A, Ho Chi Minh Sarani Kolkata and such a big program need the sponsorship support from enterprises and corporates.
Short films are said to be the true mirror of the society and they provide the highest challenge of storytelling to the makers. Unfortunately, the number of openings and opportunities available to the Short Film industry is much less than that enjoyed by regular feature films. Keeping that in mind, Anthelion Technology Pvt Ltd, in a joint initiative with Take 5 Communications and in association with Online Magazine – The Creative Post, is presenting their first “Short Film Festival” – “Calcutta Shorts” on the 2nd of November 2022 in Kolkata.
Program Structure:
- Program starts at – 4.00 pm with Welcome Note
- Opening Ceremony – 4.00 pm to 4.30 pm
- Screening Part 1 – 4.30 pm to 6.30 pm
- Break – 6.30 pm to 7.00 pm
- Screening Part 2 – 7.00 pm to 8.30 pm
- Presentation of Certificates and Mementoes – 8.30 pm to 8.45 pm
Sponsorship & Branding Opportunities at Short Film Festival:
We are looking forward to active association for Sponsorships in the following Categories –
- Title Sponsor – The Event shall be presented in the sponsor’s name in every piece of communication related to the Event….from Website to Media to Digital Marketing to Posters to Certificates & Mementos and in all other publicity materials. Sponsorship Amount – INR 1,00,000/- only
- Associate Sponsors – All associate sponsors would be duly acknowledged in every piece of communication related to the Event and in all publicity materials just like the Title Sponsor but all such acknowledgement would be secondary to that of the Title Sponsor. All Associate Sponsors would be provided with Kiosks for display at the Event Venue and would be provided with a 3min. Time Slot during the Event wherein they could talk or present an AV about their product / service. Sponsorship Amount – INR 50,000/- only
- Special Category Partners –These sponsors would be supporting us on specific categories like – Food, Gifts, Venue, Media, etc. They would be getting all visibility in their respective category activities and in our broad branding activities like – Banners, Standees, Digital Posters, Digital Marketing, etc. Sponsorship Amount – INR 20,000/- only
We expect a physical involvement of 200-300 individuals and digital reach to 15 Lakh+ People. We would be working towards making this Short Film Festival an annual event for the city..
