A Spatial Wish

–by Dr. Parijat De

–Reading Time – 1 min Approx

I do not want to breathe anymore

In this Stephen Hawking less world,

I long to sail beyond the Milky Way

With my flag of earth furled.

In the furthest corner of a meteoroid

I shall unfurl it again-

To start afresh life’s journey

As nothing of past remain.

A Hubble’s  telescope  is all I need

To look at astral objects all;

With that fulfilled, I’ll acquire

The stature of a man tall.
